Participants must be 18 years of age. Offer valid with a minimum of a 3 month membership. An additional 29 per month will be added to your account for auto-deduct accounts. 3 month memberships most include xecutive account prepayment for a113 months.

Dual contracts am charged at a discounted rate at $54 per month.

Upgrading memberships to executive status must remain at executive status for the remalnder of the riginal contract for the duration of the 6-18 month contract. Downgrades must be made within 30 days of the contract anniversary date. Umit one bottled water, one medium workout towel, & one large towel per person per visit Quest passes most be requested each month by the member and do not accumulate N not picked up or requested each month.

Weight Training

We offer a wide variety of weights and exercise systems, including both free weights and nautilus machines. Our mirrored weight room also includes several abdominal weight machines, a Smith Machine, Hip Sled, Cable Cross, and Lateral Pull-down machine.

Cardio Training

Mesaba Athletic Club's offers a variety of cardio equipment. Our new main floor cardio room is equipped with bikes, steppers, treadmills, elliptical trainers, and six new Life Fitness Machines.

Aerobic Classes

Aerobics, pilates, and yoga are only some of the aerobic classes offered at Mesaba Athletic Club.
